A condom. In a package. With a tab. You pull on it. It opens smoothly.

No hesitating, no opening with your teeth, no tearing.

Above all: the condom comes out the right way up. Every. Single. Time.

It sounds super simple, but we’ve been waiting for this for so many years.

Why is this a revolutionary innovation?

The failure rate usually cited for condoms (2%)* reflects perfect use. Our cross-analysis of available data suggests that in real-world conditions, it could be up to 10 times higher.

Sure, it’s convenient. But it’s much more than that.

With over 23 billion condoms used yearly worldwide*, and our cross-analysis of available studies suggesting that as many as one in five may be used incorrectly (put on upside down, flipped over, torn, removed and not replaced), the risk of STI transmission and unwanted pregnancies is considerable.

Nearly 90% of users have, at least once, given up on using a condom because they failed to unwrap and put it on in time.*

30% of users put the condom on inside out and then flip it over.*

37% report feeling "stress" associated with putting on the condom.

Just because of a packaging problem!

For decades, we have focused on product improvements—textures, lubricants, and materials. Yet we have overlooked packaging—and especially the unpacking experience—failing to ensure a seamless, trouble-free action that doesn't interrupt the moment.

That is precisely what Rodilo does. →

Is packaging important?

Everyone remembers the change in beverage can openings in the 1980s. Industry switched from a pull-tab model that detached from the can and split into two sharp and cutting pieces, to the current stay-tab model that remains attached. World production shifted in just a few years, and a massive-scale injury and pollution issue was solved.

Condoms present a similar challenge—with the added factor of STIs—and it is the process of unwrapping, rather than the packaging itself, that determines success or failure.

The Rodilo mechanism: packaging answering your remarks and solves your usage problems :

  • It opens properly;

  • Presents the condom the right way up;

  • Prevents it from dropping;

  • and allows it to be removed while pinching the reservoir (thereby expelling air, a common cause of breakage).

The result: the condom is ready to be unrolled correctly, without error, on the very first attempt, with no anxiety.

We would be delighted to present it to you.
